We pride ourselves on service. Here’s how it sets us apart. We have no turnover in our key positions! We have ongoing relationships with Clients and Candidates, without the need to train new recruiters, new account representatives, etc.
NetSource has been able to provide our customers with consistency by putting our key people in charge of key areas, such as recruiting, account management and customer service. We have excellent relationships with our clients because we really know them, and therefore know their needs, the way they like to work and what will make us all successful. NetSource puts priority on urgent openings, and can respond quickly when necessary.
We have the flexibility to put additional resources to work when you need it most, and in many instances have filled contract openings in 24 hours, sometimes in less than 1 hour.
NetSource has limited job listings. We work with a small, select group of clients, who we want to partner with, and work toward mutual success. This means we concentrate on the openings we have and do not go after every job listing in the area. This has resulted in a very high success rate, and very high customer satisfaction.
